1. بيانات الموقع

قد يطلب تطبيق صلاتي، بعد موافقة المستخدم، الوصول إلى الموقع التقريبي أو الدقيق للجهاز من أجل:

• حساب مواقيت الصلاة حسب موقع المستخدم.
• تحديد اتجاه القبلة.
• تقدير اسم المدينة أو المنطقة الحالية باستخدام بيانات محلية داخل التطبيق.
• اختيار أو اقتراح إعدادات حساب مواقيت الصلاة المناسبة للموقع.

لا يستخدم التطبيق بيانات الموقع لأغراض الإعلانات أو التسويق أو التتبع السلوكي.

لا يطلب التطبيق صلاحية الوصول إلى الموقع في الخلفية.

2. الإشعارات والمنبهات

قد يطلب التطبيق إذن إرسال الإشعارات لإظهار تنبيهات مواقيت الصلاة.

على أجهزة Android المدعومة، يستخدم التطبيق صلاحية SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM بعد موافقة المستخدم لمحاولة تشغيل تنبيه الصلاة في الوقت المجدول. لا يعلن التطبيق صلاحية USE_EXACT_ALARM.

إذا لم يمنح المستخدم صلاحية المنبهات الدقيقة، يستخدم التطبيق جدولة تقريبية وفق الإمكانات والقيود التي يوفرها نظام التشغيل.

قد تؤثر إعدادات البطارية، ووضع عدم الإزعاج، وقيود الشركة المصنعة للهاتف في توقيت الإشعارات أو تشغيل الصوت.

3. إعدادات التطبيق

يخزن التطبيق بعض البيانات والإعدادات محليًا على جهاز المستخدم، ومنها:

• اللغة المختارة.
• الوضع الفاتح أو الداكن أو إعداد النظام.
• طريقة حساب مواقيت الصلاة.
• المذهب المستخدم لحساب وقت العصر.
• قاعدة خطوط العرض المرتفعة.
• التعديلات اليدوية على أوقات الصلاة.
• إعدادات تنبيهات الصلاة ونوع صوت التنبيه.
• مرجع تنبيه مخصص واسم العرض الخاص به عند اختيار المستخدم تنبيهًا من الجهاز.
• آخر موقع معروف ودقته ووقت التقاطه واسم المدينة أو المنطقة المرتبط به.

لا يرفع التطبيق ملف التنبيه المخصص إلى خادم المطوّر أو إلى خدمة تخزين خارجية. يحتفظ التطبيق فقط بالمرجع المحلي الذي يوفره نظام التشغيل وباسم العرض عند الحاجة.

4. كيفية استخدام البيانات

تُستخدم البيانات التي يصل إليها التطبيق فقط لتقديم وظائفه الأساسية، ومنها:

• حساب مواقيت الصلاة.
• عرض الصلاة القادمة والوقت المتبقي.
• حساب اتجاه القبلة.
• عرض اسم المدينة أو المنطقة المقدّر محليًا.
• عرض التاريخ الهجري والميلادي.
• جدولة تنبيهات الصلاة.
• تشغيل التنبيه الافتراضي أو التنبيه المخصص الذي يختاره المستخدم.
• حفظ اختيارات المستخدم وإعداداته.

لا يستخدم Mohamed Khallaf أو A1systems هذه البيانات لإنشاء ملفات تعريف للمستخدمين أو لتقديم إعلانات مخصصة.

5. المعالجة المحلية لبيانات الموقع

تتم عمليات حساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة داخل جهاز المستخدم.

في الإصدار الحالي، تتم أيضًا محاولة تحديد أقرب مدينة أو منطقة باستخدام بيانات وقائمة مدن محفوظة محليًا داخل التطبيق.

• لا يرسل التطبيق إحداثيات الموقع إلى Google Geocoding أو Google Maps Platform.
• لا يرسل التطبيق إحداثيات الموقع إلى خوادم يملكها Mohamed Khallaf أو A1systems.
• لا يحتاج حساب مواقيت الصلاة أو اتجاه القبلة إلى إرسال الموقع عبر الإنترنت.
• إذا تعذر تحديد اسم مدينة مناسبة، قد يعرض التطبيق وصفًا عامًا مثل «الموقع الحالي» مع الاستمرار في استخدام الإحداثيات الفعلية للحساب.

قد تكون دقة اسم المدينة أو المنطقة المقدّرة محليًا أقل من خدمات تحديد المواقع عبر الإنترنت، ولا يؤثر ذلك في استخدام إحداثيات الجهاز لحساب مواقيت الصلاة أو اتجاه القبلة.

6. مشاركة البيانات

لا يبيع تطبيق صلاتي البيانات الشخصية.

لا يشارك المطوّر بيانات المستخدم لأغراض الإعلانات أو التسويق أو التتبع السلوكي أو بيع البيانات أو إنشاء ملفات تعريف إعلانية.

في الإصدار الحالي، لا يرسل التطبيق إحداثيات الموقع إلى خدمة خارجية لتحديد اسم المدينة.

قد تتعامل خدمات نظام التشغيل مع الصلاحيات والإشعارات والموقع والنسخ الاحتياطي وفق إعدادات الجهاز والحساب وسياسات مقدم نظام التشغيل.

7. الحسابات والبيانات التعريفية

لا يتطلب تطبيق صلاتي إنشاء حساب مستخدم أو تسجيل الدخول.

لا يطلب التطبيق من المستخدم إدخال الاسم أو رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو كلمة المرور أو العنوان الشخصي أو معلومات الدفع أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو مقاطع الفيديو.

لا يدير المطوّر قاعدة بيانات لحسابات مستخدمي تطبيق صلاتي.

8. الإعلانات والتحليلات

بحسب الإصدار الحالي، لا يحتوي تطبيق صلاتي على إعلانات أو شبكات إعلانية أو خدمات تتبع إعلاني أو خدمات Analytics لتحليل سلوك المستخدم أو عمليات شراء داخل التطبيق أو خدمات Crash Reporting خارجية.

إذا تغير ذلك في إصدار مستقبلي، سيتم تحديث سياسة الخصوصية قبل أو بالتزامن مع طرح التغيير.

9. تخزين البيانات والاحتفاظ والنسخ الاحتياطي

تُخزن إعدادات التطبيق وآخر إحداثيات مستخدمة ودقتها ووقت التقاطها واسم المدينة أو المنطقة ومرجع التنبيه المخصص محليًا في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق على جهاز المستخدم.

لا يحتفظ Mohamed Khallaf أو A1systems بهذه البيانات على خوادم خاصة بهما.

تبقى البيانات المحلية حتى يستبدلها التطبيق، أو يغيّر المستخدم الإعدادات، أو يمسح بيانات التطبيق، أو يحذف التطبيق من الجهاز.

اعتمادًا على إصدار Android وإعدادات الجهاز وحساب المستخدم، قد يدرج نظام التشغيل بعض بيانات التطبيق المحلية ضمن خدمات النسخ الاحتياطي أو الاستعادة التي يديرها مقدم نظام التشغيل. تخضع هذه العمليات لإعدادات المستخدم وسياسات مقدم خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي.

10. حذف البيانات

نظرًا إلى أن تطبيق صلاتي لا ينشئ حسابات مستخدمين ولا يخزن بيانات المستخدم على خوادم المطوّر، يمكن حذف البيانات المحلية من خلال فتح إعدادات الجهاز، واختيار التطبيقات، ثم صلاتي، ثم اختيار مسح البيانات أو مسح مساحة التخزين.

كما يؤدي حذف التطبيق من الجهاز عادةً إلى إزالة بياناته المحلية وفق سلوك نظام التشغيل.

قد تبقى نسخة احتياطية تديرها منصة الجهاز إذا كانت خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي مفعلة. يمكن للمستخدم إدارة النسخ الاحتياطية من إعدادات حسابه أو جهازه وفق الخيارات التي يوفرها نظام التشغيل.

يمكن التواصل مع المطوّر بشأن أي استفسار متعلق بالبيانات عبر البريد الموضح في نهاية هذه السياسة.

11. حماية البيانات

نتخذ إجراءات معقولة لتقليل مخاطر البيانات، ومنها:

• طلب البيانات والصلاحيات اللازمة لوظائف التطبيق فقط.
• إجراء حساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة داخل الجهاز.
• تحديد أقرب مدينة محليًا في الإصدار الحالي.
• تخزين الإعدادات داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة.
• عدم تخزين بيانات الموقع على خوادم خاصة بالمطوّر.
• عدم بيع البيانات أو استخدامها للإعلانات.

ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة تخزين إلكتروني أو نظام تشغيل يمكن ضمان أمانه بصورة مطلقة.

12. صلاحيات المستخدم

يمكن للمستخدم منح أو رفض أو إلغاء صلاحيات الموقع والإشعارات والمنبهات من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت.

قد يؤدي رفض صلاحية الموقع إلى استخدام موقع محفوظ سابقًا أو موقع احتياطي وفق منطق التطبيق، وقد يقلل دقة مواقيت الصلاة أو اتجاه القبلة أو اسم المدينة المعروض.

قد يؤدي رفض صلاحية الإشعارات إلى عدم ظهور تنبيهات الصلاة.

قد يؤدي رفض صلاحية المنبهات الدقيقة إلى تشغيل التنبيهات في وقت تقريبي بدلًا من الوقت الدقيق.

13. خصوصية الأطفال

لا يتطلب التطبيق حسابًا ولا يطلب عمدًا معلومات تعريف شخصية من الأطفال.

قد يستخدم التطبيق أشخاص من فئات عمرية مختلفة، لكن وظائفه لا تعتمد على جمع أسماء الأطفال أو عناوينهم أو بيانات التواصل الخاصة بهم.

يمكن التواصل معنا عند الاعتقاد بأن معلومات شخصية أُرسلت إلى المطوّر بصورة غير مقصودة.

14. خدمات النظام والأطراف الثالثة

يعتمد التطبيق على بعض وظائف نظام التشغيل، ومنها:

• خدمات تحديد الموقع في Android أو iOS.
• خدمات الإشعارات والمنبهات.
• منتقي أصوات التنبيه في نظام التشغيل عند اختيار تنبيه مخصص.
• خدمات النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة إذا كانت مفعلة في الجهاز.

تخضع هذه الوظائف لشروط وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بمقدم نظام التشغيل أو الجهاز.

لا يستخدم الإصدار الحالي Google Maps Platform أو Google Geocoding API لمعالجة إحداثيات المستخدم.

15. المعالجة خارج الجهاز

لا يرسل الإصدار الحالي من تطبيق صلاتي إحداثيات الموقع إلى خوادم المطوّر أو إلى خدمة Geocoding خارجية.

قد تُعالج بعض البيانات المحلية خارج الجهاز إذا اختار المستخدم تفعيل خدمات النسخ الاحتياطي أو الاستعادة التابعة لنظام التشغيل أو لحسابه. تخضع هذه المعالجة لإعدادات المستخدم وسياسات مقدم الخدمة.

16. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة عند إضافة وظائف جديدة، أو تغيير طريقة معالجة البيانات، أو إضافة خدمات خارجية، أو تغير المتطلبات القانونية أو سياسات متاجر التطبيقات.

إذا أُضيفت مستقبلًا خدمة خارجية لمعالجة الموقع أو تحديد اسم المدينة، فسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة بما يعكس السلوك الفعلي قبل أو بالتزامن مع طرح التغيير.

سيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ آخر تحديث.

17. معلومات التطبيق والتواصل

1. Location Information

With the user’s permission, Salaaty may access the device’s approximate or precise location to:

• Calculate prayer times based on the user’s location.
• Calculate the Qibla direction.
• Estimate the current city or region using information stored locally in the app.
• Select or suggest prayer calculation settings suitable for the location.

Location information is not used for advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking.

The app does not request background location permission.

2. Notifications and Alarms

The app may request permission to send prayer-time notifications.

On supported Android devices, the app uses user-granted SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM access to attempt to deliver prayer notifications at their scheduled times. The app does not declare USE_EXACT_ALARM.

If exact-alarm access is not granted, the app uses approximate scheduling according to the capabilities and restrictions of the operating system.

Battery settings, Do Not Disturb mode, and device-manufacturer restrictions may affect notification timing or sound playback.

3. App Preferences

The app stores certain preferences locally on the user’s device, including:

• Selected language.
• System, light, or dark appearance mode.
• Prayer calculation method.
• Madhab selection for Asr calculation.
• High-latitude rule.
• Manual prayer-time adjustments.
• Prayer notification settings and sound selection.
• A local reference and display name for a custom alert selected through the device.
• Last known location, accuracy, capture time, and the associated city or region name.

The app does not upload a custom alert file to the developer’s server or to an external storage service. It retains only the local reference provided by the operating system and the display name when required.

4. How Information Is Used

Information accessed by the app is used only to provide its core functionality, including:

• Calculating prayer times.
• Displaying the next prayer and remaining time.
• Calculating the Qibla direction.
• Displaying a locally estimated city or region name.
• Displaying Hijri and Gregorian dates.
• Scheduling prayer notifications.
• Playing the default alert or a custom alert selected by the user.
• Saving user preferences.

Mohamed Khallaf and A1systems do not use this information to create user profiles or provide personalized advertising.

5. Local Processing of Location Information

Prayer-time and Qibla calculations are performed on the user’s device.

In the current version, the app also attempts to determine the nearest city or region using city information stored locally in the application.

• The app does not transmit location coordinates to Google Geocoding or Google Maps Platform.
• The app does not transmit location coordinates to servers operated by Mohamed Khallaf or A1systems.
• Prayer-time and Qibla calculations do not require the location to be transmitted over the internet.
• If a suitable city name cannot be identified, the app may display a general description such as “Current Location” while continuing to use the actual coordinates for calculations.

A locally estimated city or region name may be less precise than an online geocoding service. This does not affect the use of the device’s coordinates for prayer-time or Qibla calculations.

6. Information Sharing

Salaaty does not sell personal information.

The developer does not share user information for advertising, marketing, behavioral tracking, data brokerage, or advertising profiling.

In the current version, the app does not transmit location coordinates to an external service to obtain a city name.

Operating-system services may handle permissions, notifications, location access, and backups according to the device and account settings and the operating-system provider’s policies.

7. Accounts and Identifying Information

Salaaty does not require users to create an account or sign in.

The app does not ask users to provide their name, phone number, email address, password, home address, payment information, contacts, photos, or videos.

The developer does not operate a user-account database for Salaaty.

8. Advertising and Analytics

In the current version, Salaaty does not contain advertising, advertising networks, advertising tracking services, analytics services intended to analyze user behavior, in-app purchases, or external crash-reporting services.

If this changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when the change is released.

9. Data Storage, Retention, and Backup

Application preferences, the last used coordinates, location accuracy, capture time, city or region name, and any custom-alert reference are stored locally in the app’s private storage on the user’s device.

Mohamed Khallaf and A1systems do not retain this information on their own servers.

Local information remains stored until it is replaced, the user changes relevant settings, the user clears the app’s data, or the user uninstalls the application.

Depending on the Android version, device settings, and the user’s account configuration, the operating system may include some locally stored app data in a backup or restore service managed by the operating-system provider. Such processing is controlled by the user’s settings and the backup provider’s policies.

10. Data Deletion

Because Salaaty does not create user accounts or store user information on the developer’s servers, users can delete locally stored data by opening device settings, selecting Apps, selecting Salaaty, and choosing Clear data or Clear storage.

Uninstalling the application generally removes locally stored application data according to the operating system’s behavior.

A backup managed by the device platform may remain if backup services are enabled. Users can manage such backups through their device or account settings, subject to the options provided by the operating system.

Users may contact the developer regarding data-related questions using the email address provided at the end of this policy.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to reduce data-related risks, including:

• Requesting only the information and permissions required for app functionality.
• Performing prayer-time and Qibla calculations on the device.
• Determining the nearest city locally in the current version.
• Storing preferences in the app’s private storage.
• Not storing location information on the developer’s own servers.
• Not selling information or using it for advertising.

However, no electronic storage method or operating system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. User Permissions and Choices

Users may grant, deny, or withdraw location, notification, and alarm permissions through their device settings at any time.

Denying location permission may cause the app to use a previously saved or fallback location according to its current logic and may reduce the accuracy of prayer times, Qibla direction, or the displayed city name.

Denying notification permission may prevent prayer notifications from being displayed.

Denying exact-alarm access may cause notifications to be delivered approximately rather than at an exact time.

13. Children’s Privacy

Salaaty does not require an account and does not intentionally request personally identifying information from children.

The app may be used by people of different age groups, but its functionality does not depend on collecting children’s names, addresses, or contact information.

Users may contact us if they believe personal information was unintentionally provided to the developer.

14. Operating-System and Third-Party Services

The app relies on certain operating-system functions, including:

• Android or iOS location services.
• Operating-system notification and alarm services.
• The operating-system alert-sound picker when the user selects a custom alert.
• Backup and restore services if enabled on the device.

These functions are governed by the applicable terms and privacy policies of the operating-system or device provider.

The current version does not use Google Maps Platform or Google Geocoding API to process the user’s location coordinates.

15. Processing Outside the Device

The current version of Salaaty does not transmit location coordinates to the developer’s servers or to an external geocoding service.

Some locally stored data may be processed outside the device if the user enables backup or restore services provided by the operating system or account provider. Such processing is governed by the user’s settings and the provider’s applicable policies.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when new features are introduced, data-processing practices change, third-party services are added, or legal or application-store requirements change.

If an external service is introduced in the future to process location information or obtain a city name, this policy will be updated to reflect the actual behavior before or when the change is released.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last updated date.

17. Application and Contact Information
